I have worked over the past few years doing Broker Price Opinions (CME) with several companies, this gives the banks an idea of todays market values, what it should be listed at to sale in a specified period of time. It has given me a real insight to how they look at a homes value. Being a Real Estate Agent, working with buyers & sellers, allows us to fully understand what it takes to sale a home. I don't simply give you an market value as an appraiser does, I will tell you what it takes to sale your home. With all the homes available ones listing agent must be creative, work the listing.
